How to make an appointment
Please copy A or B below that applies to you and paste it on your email and send us at trustyautoservice@gmail.com , and your email subject title should be Appointment request – your first name. We will try to get back to you with confirmation in two hours if you send by 4 pm. You can call in for appointment as well, however we prefer you to send an email if you’re not a registered customer in order to prevent any possible miscommunication. You may be able to book a time for services on holidays if they fall on week days. Please make sure you show up on time, if you arrive 10 minutes late without prior notice, you may lose your discount(s) you may get and/or MPI when pushed for time due to late show-up.
